MGSecurity LLC is a California-certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) and Small Business founded in 2026 by Michael Gomez, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.
Founder
Michael served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Boatswain's Mate Second Class and qualified Boarding Officer, conducting search and rescue missions and counter-drug interdiction boardings. His work required precise documentation, from situation reports during operations to boarding and enforcement reports that supported legal case packages, where accuracy was never optional.
After his service, Michael applied that same discipline to federal projects, producing safety and compliance documentation on a multi-state federal infrastructure project alongside the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Border Patrol, and developing training documentation for U.S. Navy explosive ordnance disposal exercises. Today he supports a federal agency as a risk management and compliance consultant.
